Good job

I bought EZ 960 Sterling Silver clay and Copper clay. The website was easy to navigate and easy to find exactly what I needed. The shipping was reasonable and fast.

Great website that has the most options for tools, products and education material for all things metal clay. Their customer service is also top notch-I had a problem with one of the items I received and they communicated well and I am satisfied with the outcome. Shipping is always quick, as well. Education videos A++

one item in a package of 6 brass findings, was damaged and C.T. replaced the entire package in one day. Great customer service.

Shipping from Cooltools is generally fast, I like how they follow up with an update email. Only thing is.....I wished they would do is, if you have an order of "$50" or more they would offer free shipping!
