Fast shipping and just a GREAT Company to do business with. Helpful and considerate, they go the next step to take care of their customers. Been buying here for many many years and will continue for many many more. Besides the fact they have great prices.

I love the fine silver clay as it has good consistency and is easy to fire.

Great quality gems.

The website has great service and selection. The packaging that I ordered my gems in was neatly organized. I will definitely be ordering more from cool tools. Shipping was super quick.
