Quality of product and service is what I look for and is exactly what I receive from Cool Tools and why I recommend them to my students.

Great products great service

My items are always well packaged and shipped in a timely manner. Cool tools is my go to supplier for hard to find supplies (i.e. the tiny q-tips). They have a variety of templates to choose from. Also their free videos are fantastic and very helpful. I've ordered a kiln and it was shipped for free! They have great promos so make sure to sign up for their emails.

Great service

I have ordered brass embossing plates and wire from you. I’ve been very satisfied with both thank you
