easy ordering and received fast

Always prompt and efficient.

Great products for enamelling jewellery, as mentioned previously for international postage, the tops on surfactant containers need to be leak proof.

I am always so pleased with Cool Tools service and packaging. The PMC ordered is always packed in three layers, and ready to use right when I get it. Everything else I have received such as bezel wire, silver solder, and gem stones are very carefully labeled. I am impressed with the attention they give to each order, and that's why I continue to be their customer after so many years.

Cool Tools have great products and customer service. I'm never disappointed. The bezel wire worked great!
