Loved the products I bought from them! And great customer service

They were very helpful when I had a problem with my order.

This company offers excellent products for an expanding range of artisan crafts. Their customer service is incredibly good. They’ve helped me from time to time with information as well as an exchange over the 10+ years I’ve shopped here.

Love Cool Tools!
