I purchased Tickets for Donna Summers for my Mom and her boyfriend. Tickets were suppose to be picked up at the box office the day of the show but, they were under my name which I wasn't suppose to pick them up. My mother was the one that was going to picked them up. I send them a text so they could change it to my moms name and before you know it, they text me back and put them under my Mom's name. My mom picked up the tickets with no problem. Broad Ticket is awesome. Very reliable.
