Worked out perfectly well! the seats were confirmed in an email immediately after a purchase was made. I came with the family an hour in advance to the show and the tickets waited in the envelopes. The only concern was caused by the misleading advises the site has on whether the tickets should be picked up an hour or 15 min before the show.

I recommend using Broadticket and seeing Fiddler on the Roof. I'm sure I'll do both again.
