Not my first BDoH order, and it won't be my last either! I ordered 3 different items customized for a graduation party. Upon delivery the envelope was open, and there were only 2 of the items still in it. I notified BDoH and they sent a replacement for the missing item immediately at no extra cost. Great customer service, and great products that add so much extra joy to the party. Thanks!
