Like how you send a link with tracking number in a email when you ship. Better than Amazon that never delivers when they originally say. Some improvements to make your website even better: 1) When on website hit Contact it shows bbcshopcs@bbc.com but when email this email address I get bounce-backs. 2) If as well as email you had a contact form with type to select of product trying to find or technical issue or general feedback with box for text.
