I have never had a problem with the service I get from BBC shop

Great service and a great Website for Fans of UK shows. The prices are very reasonable.

The website is well organized, and easy to navigate. I tend to use the "Search" funcation on most sites, and it was useful on the BBC Canada Shops site, as well. The package arrived in good condition (still waiting for the Pre-order item but I knew that it would take time when I ordered it). Service wasn't needed, so cannot comment on that.

Shipping time good. Products are as shown.
