I was really disappointed that the rainbow pencils were sold as a single pencil despite being plural and the image being multiple pencils. I had ordered two, to justify the cost of postage because I thought I was getting two packets of pencils, not two single pencils. I would not have paid $7. 95 for a singular pencil had I known. I assumed ‘fire’ was your description for the multiple colours. within one box.

I thought you guys were selling Copic sps for a reasonable price from the name and photo of your product but you sold me regular Copic multi liners and completely scammed me. You gave me the complete wrong product and charged me more than regular price for the wrong product

Purchased a bulk amount of size 1 & 2, hog, round brushes. Every single brush had the bristles completely dislodged from the ferrel making it impossible to use. I was expecting the bristles to slowly come away, instead all of the bristles came away at once. Clearly the glue failed once it came into contact with oil paint. Wasted my money on brushes and the paint in them. Ended up binning the lot and went to Officeworks for new better brushes. Disappointed.
