As far as customer service, disappointed. There were no status updates between the initial preorder and the "your order is being prepared" notification (and no actual "shipped" notification, although the previous one had the tracking number on it), and when requested information that I missed due to being in the middle of a long block of similar looking, irrelevant text (including similarly colored passages) the answer I got was a bit condescending. (FYI: delivery estimates are customarily found near the order quantity box and button) Also, what's with sending the survey literally before the item has even shipped?
