Great product, and fast delivery.

Normally I haven’t had issues in the past ordering Art Resin online, however this recent order was the opposite. Apparently the delivery was “placed outside the resident’s door”, when in reality the address I provided was my store/business street address. No shipment was even dropped off. It seems it was shipped by Amazon this time, who was unreliable. Art Resin was nice enough to ship a new replacement, now sent by Canada Post, but it arrived later than needed. I ended up going to a local art store, and purchasing a size I didn’t need instead. I have never had a problem ordering in the past when they shipped via post, not sure if I want to risk losing another order in the future from their new shipping method/it was unreliable unfortunately.

The product labels were all wierd and coming off when removed from the packaging. A lot of the color pigments were separated and chunkey. You really have to shake and mix them well.

This was the first time I have purchased Art Resin online. The low rating is not about the product but about the delivery. My order arrived very quickly, but with some problems. It was delivered to the wrong address and was left at a gate at the end of a long driveway in below freezing conditions. I wasn't called about the drop off and have no idea how long it sat in the cold for.

The coverage was not as much as expected so a second coat was needed.
