Great comunication and easy to buy from Gibson

Cool.

We had a wonderful time at the Gibson Shop in London, and the guys were really accommodating. There was quite loud music playing which made it hard to try out guitars, but they turned it right down when we asked. We were supported the whole way through by Aaran Randall, who is just an absolute gem with his expertise, authentic relaxed way, and he created the best environment he could for ‘tuning in’ to the different guitar options. They even let me to the shop earlier the morning after I bought it (before my flight out of UK), to lower the action a little, which was the final touch in having the guitar of my dreams for the next musical chapter of my life . It fits me like a glove and I’m really grateful for the whole experience. Big thanks to Aaron. Gibson are lucky to have him there :)
