The orders process was straightforward. My image was just some text and it came out perfectly with high resolution just as I had saved it in PNG format. Order was processed very quickly and received the item in a timely manner. (This was an award for an upcoming event.) Only feedback - please include the weights of the different sizes of the glass pieces just to get an idea of how heavy it might be!
