I received a wrong crystal at first but in the moment that I text them, they resolved the problem and send me the right one very fast. I’m so happy with the result and my family loved it.

Had back and forth contact with Bruna Tapia regarding photo choice, switching the product (sizing up due to the photo I wanted), and changing the name for shipping and she was so sweet and helpful! She answered all my questions and helped me get the product I am so happy with!
