I lost both my grandfathers within weeks of each other earlier this year so I knew the holidays would be a tough time for my mom and grandma. I wanted to give them something for Christmas that they could have to remember them and finally settled on this. I purchased 2 3D Engraved Hearts in sized medium for each of them very last minute (Christmas Eve) and received them so quickly - just 2 days after Christmas. The quality of both crystals are incredible and the light box really made the gift 10x cooler. One of the pictures I submitted had me a little concerned because it was a picture of a picture so there was glare and imperfections, but the crystal came out perfectly with no signs of there being anything wrong with the picture. I am so excited to order again for future gifts from Beyond Memories and am so grateful they helped me provide such thoughtful gifts during such a difficult time <3
