I love the canva product, but you have really dropped the ball with you customer service and billing issues. I'm not a happy customer at the moment.

They won't show up in your account and when you think your using them they charge you for another pack that still, you guessed it, won't show in your account. When you try and get it corrected and your money back this Brian guy gives you a reply about copy rights which has nothing to do with the problem. As so as my membership runs out I'm done with Canva.

I keep making changes and saving them after each change. However the changes are not being saved and at some points it tells me that it is stalling.

Revieved incorrect product. Still not revieved the correct one. Will soon be putting dispute into bank

IT'S BEEN 1 WEEK NOW AND I CANNOT SEEM TO GET RESOLUTION. ALL I NEED IS FOR MY E-MAIL AND PASSWORD TO BE RESET - I HAVE PROVIDED ALL OF THE RELEVANT DATA TO YOUR TEAM ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND STILL NOTHING. NOT SURE WHY YOU ARE SENDING ME A SURVEY WHEN THE TASK IS NOT COMPLETE. THIS PAST WEEK I HAVE LOST REVENUE DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS MY ARTWORK FILES. AND I AM STILL PAYING MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. ARE YOU ABLE TO ESCALATE TO GET A RESOLUTION WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS PLEASE?? THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
