I love the site. It gives me design super powers and saves me a lot of time and money, completely replacing hiring a graphic designer. The physical printing feature could use some work. I had to reprint a number of times in order to get it right but the customer service was great, the service was quick and relatively inexpensive, so it was a win-win.
