we found it very difficult to hit the various presentations on time. A lot of running around near missing cool stuff

I paid for the Super Ambassador tour which included a personal tour guide. Our guide, Moses, took tons of pictures but didn't send them to me, because I guess he felt his tip wasn't enough so now the wonderful memories of me and my family are lost because Moses didn't send them to me as promised. Plus I didn't appreciate paying for a personal tour guide who shared information I paid for with other guests who were NOT part of our party. And Moses jumped into a fight during the middle of our tour. May I mention, a fight that had NOTHING to do with me or anyone in my party. He should have focused on his job and not act as security. The Super Ambassador was NOT the personal experience I paid for. Total waste of money. The Super Ambassador is just a way for tour guides to nickle and dime you for money!!!

the location polynesian cultural center gave us was incorrect the driver drove right past us waving asshole when we got back to the room and called they gave us the correct address and had to go the next day. the place was ice with good shows.
