Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was top-notch—from the packaging and customer service to the thoughtful extras included with my order. I received a bonus CD filled with video game music and a pin, which were awesome surprises. The albums themselves are beautiful. Out of the three I ordered, only one had a slight bend on the corner of the sleeve—but honestly, that kind of thing can happen even with the best packaging. And this was definitely well-packed: a compact, sturdy box, clear "Do Not Bend" labels, and foam inserts to keep everything secure during shipping. I'm absolutely thrilled to have these records. Not only do they sound amazing, but the artwork makes them great for display too. I’ll be listening to these on repeat and enjoying them as both music and art. Highly recommend!
