Great company and with them carrying the stock you don't have to pay import duties and have to wait several weeks until you get the item you have ordered not like some other online guitar shops.

PMT were excellent in the way they handled my order, as it was faulty. Delivery and shipping times I was kept up to date. Also a designated day of my choice for the faulty Fender Barstool chair to be collected.

Shipping was quick and arrived when it said it would. Guitar was well protected in the package and arrived without a scratch. Was able to gig with it same day without even a proper setup.
