The service from PMT was very good , the banjo arrived on time , it was packed well so there was no damage , ( I was unsure how it would arrive) . I had checked if I would be able to return it if I was unsure about the banjo and I was told that would be no problem. But I did not have to worry, all was fine .

The online purchase and, in my case, return and exchange went very well. Very good phone line help and in store help.

PMT are a great company. The customer service was exceptional and really helpful. The package arrived in immaculate condition. The price for the ukulele was amazing and rhe uke quality was exceptional. Can't fault the PMT company. In all honesty if you want to purchase anything musical I'd suggest stick to PMT. They are the best around.
