Great experience with PMT as they were extremely helpful with testing equipment, educating me on what I was using and making sure I was buying the right product suited to me. I also felt very confident with my purchase as it seemed that there was no agenda from the staff and that they truly wanted the best equipment for me rather than the most expensive. As soon as I entered the shop I felt welcomed but not forced to purchase as after the visit they encouraged me to think my decision over to make sure I was certain. We ended up purchasing the piece online but in store and we were helped by staff to navigate the website to ensure we were selecting the correct payment option/ plan for us.
