Delivery was non-problematic and arrived within a reasonable time, especially considering the delays caused by Covid. Packaging arrived with no damage and the unboxing was very nice. I love the leather clamshell that my watch lives in.

I bought this as a wedding gift for my fiance/now husband! The watch itself is stunning. Customer service is fantastic, there was an issue with the dial of the watch being off-kilter and the numerals not lining up; the watch was replaced very quickly and in plenty of time to worn on our wedding day.
