This shoelace did more than make my son's shoe a slip on, it made him fit in and feel like a "normal" kid. See, my son is 12 and has Autism. While he is very high functioning, he has not been able t0 master the art of tying his shoes, something most people think nothing of. But try being that kid in 7th grade that can't get changed for gym class because you are too embarrassed to ask for help tying your shoes. Well fear not, U-Lace to the rescue. We have had three successful weeks of school and not once have we talked about sneakers. We were even able to buy "cool" sneakers because we no longer have to look for velcro ones. My experience with U-lace is truly worth writing about. It starts with a simple inquiry about the possibility of ordering different color combinations than those depicted on the website. I received a quick response, along with an explanation about why my requested color combinations would not be available as a set. In addition, I was provided a coupon code to assist me is assembling my desired color combination. That was the first of my positive experiences! Next, I ordered laces for my children to go along with their new shoes for school. The package arrived promptly. One of the color combinations was back-ordered, so U-lace provided me with a similar alternate version and then indicated they would ship me my ordered color combination as soon as it was available. Approximately one week later the original color combination arrived -which I thought was very quick. Our family was impressed with all of the customer service and the extra steps U-lace took to make us feel like a valued customer. With such positive experiences, we'll continue to be customers and will gladly tell our friends about this experience (and where we found our custom laces!) Thank you U-lace! Thank you for these wonderful laces. My grandsons shoes look so much better with tied laces lol. Seriously teaching him to the was a huge chore but you have saved my sanity with these laces.

My daughter loves these. Loves that she doesn’t have to tie her shoes
