There was originally a mix up with the watch they were sending through compared to the one I had purchased (different colour) which I was quite bothered by, but after communicating with the guys this was rectified and I chose a watch that I am currently very happy with now. The attentiveness, ease of communication and prompt corrective actions I am both impressed by and appreciative of.
