Your website is up to scratch, and the sales team tried their best to locate the exact watch I was looking for,but after sales customer support is shocking. I needed the product urgently as my Dad was leaving for Scotland. The lady I spoke to said I could collect, but not the same day. I opted for the "collect from JHB warehouse" option, thinking it would be faster that courier, but I only could collect two days after I paid as I had to wait for the invoice, when I phoned to see if a could speed things up, I was told that "We not allowed to put pressure on the invoicing lady". I was gob smacked. Happy to take my money, but not a care in the world to help me get the watch on time!

Impressed

Site is fairly easy to navigate, although it would be nice to be able to filter on more precise criteria and prices. The online support chat was useful and the agent was friendly and helpful. Tracking was fairly simple and the item was delivered within the timeframe given by the agent. Payment and notifications was clear and simple. I am yet to open my package but will review it once I have.

Very Good

The only thing that stands in the way of a 100% excellent service. Once Payment is received from purchaser. To Notify them! In Today's life it is very stressful doing online Purchases. But all the rest is excellent and easy. Thanks Again.
