Never received my package , reached out to them and not answer , very sad about this as I bought merchandise from them before and I loved it.

I placed my order on 8 December in order to give as a Christmas gift. The pants did not arrive until 30 December… highly disappointed. I will not be making another purchase from this company.

I ordered a lot of Jala products but after washing on a high-end Maytag Commercial Technology washer (2020) and lying flat the product did not last. The style was great, but quality was very poor. Basically a 2-3 wear and donate. Overpriced.

The refund process is very tricky, beware
