Terrific customer service, I needed to resize a pair of gloves ans the process was very easy and the reps were incredibly helpful.

Fit is snug but not too tight, allows great control with gloves on. Leather is so soft and comfortable right out of the box, and mesh back is airy but structurally solid - gloves keep their shape nicely. I have only owned them a few weeks, but construction seems sturdy and strong. Loving them.
