I love the jacket, the colours are very unique and the material is so light and comfortable. However, I wasn’t very happy with the delivery company that Cape Union Mart uses as I called them 5 times to make sure that they will call me before the delivery, and also had to reschedule the date two times, which made the online ordering an unpleasant experience for me....next time, I would rather pick it up from one of the stores ...

Received jacket promptly. It is incredibly comfortable. The size was accurate and fits as expected.

Delivery takes a couple of days but they are reliable

Not impressed with RAM Courier service that contacted me and expected me to come out to his delivery vehicle to get my parcel and then still gave me attitude. What a terrible experience. My wonderful kway item was perfect and I love it.
