Best friendly site for online shopping

I recently bought Keen CNX Clearwater sandals for my wife through the on-line shop. This was due to the local stores in P.E. not carrying the sandal in stock. The Keen sizes for men state that UK10 = US11, hence when I saw a US7 on0line I presumed it should thus be a UK6, the size my wife wears, only to open the parcel and see that ladies sizes are different, US7=UK4.5. My wife was very dissapointed and I was dumstruck on the difference in size between men and ladies shoes. I was very concerned on the possible hassle to retirn the sandals to CapeTown store via the courier, only to read the returns policy stating that I may return to the nearest store. The local store at BayWest Mall was very helpful and determined that new stock arrived at the Greenacres branch and that they indeed have a US11 = UK6. I rushed over and was helped with such kindness and support (Bonny was the sales person). I returned to my wife with great relief when the sandal fitted perfectly. In supporting the good service I returned the next day to Greenacres store and asked for Bonny to assist and proceeded to buy another pair of Keen CNX Clearwater (US9) for my daughter and a pair of Keen Newport H2 (UK10) for myself. It was a great experience. Thank you Cape Union Mart, your service is excellent!!!!!!!
