I bought two devices, one for me and one for my husband. I've been wearing the DoFit device for a couple of days and realised just how sedentary I am :( It effortlessly connects to my phone through the Veryfit App. I found the sleep analysis very interesting and both my husband and I will be monitoring our fitness levels and sleeping patterns for a while to check our progress from couch potatoes to crudités. This is a great device and is excellent value for money. It sits comfortably on the wrist and you get used to it in no time. Highly recommended.
