Great customer Svc. Wonderful product. I ordered a vest for my upcoming trip to Africa. When it came, I checked out all the parts. I found the vest to be very well made and all parts were present as described. I tried everything out and found one problem. After I deflated the neck pillow I had blown up, the valve fell off on the inside, rendering the pillow useless as it could not maintain inflation. I emailed BauBax right away. They sent me 2 emails within the next week or so, to let me know that they received my message and would take care of my issue ASAP. A few days later, a new neck pillow arrived. My trip is Feb/March so I have not yet put the vest into service to give it a full test, but from what I have experienced so far, it is a quality product from a company that has pride in their work and cares about their customers.

I bought my daughter the women's bomber for Christmas. She raves about how awesome it is! She plans to get a vest for warmer weather.
