Several months ago I placed several orders I had trouble each time with the stock

I will not ever get Boxercraft to do my Custom Printing again. When trying to get my artwork approved, I received 4 separate but exact emails. I responded to every email with the exact same response on both and never received a response. This happened about 4 different times and I could never get a response to my requests. I finally had to call the company and make the request personally. It took an additional two weeks to get my "rush" item because of the lack of communication. When I complained to the sales department and sent an email of complaint to the immediate supervisor, I never received any response. My complaint is obviously not important enough for any kind of response. Because of this experience, I will prefer to pay more at a local screener, than have to deal with the inadequate communication and lack of concern from Boxercraft.

Wish there was another place to purchase wholesale flannel PJ pants - because we're completely frustrated with your company. We're now hit with a tax charge if an order is drop-shipped to most states plus you rape us on every order with a freakin "handling fee". Your customer service has become non-existant, your products have risen in price WAY too high for any decent margin to be made, yet quality control is still very inconsistent, we could go on and on and on...

You customer service is horrible. I have tried to sign on to chat and nobody chats and after 20 minutes of waiting the chat is remotely terminated. I call to get through to customer service, only to be left on hold until I am frustrated and hang up.
