I had trouble getting the right items, and a slightly frustrating experience with customer service
When I first placed my order, I was quickly alerted that the jacket I requested (44L) was not available, so the customer service rep suggested a 46L in slim as an alternative. Unfortunately, that was the beginning of an overall difficult experience.
I also ordered a size up for pants, but when it arrived, it was the wrong color and style. I ended up having a long discussion with a local rep about the mix up and other sizing options, but it took her over a week to place the correct order. I had to follow up to inquire as to whether she ordered the right pants, and she did not. By the time I received my pants, it was the week of the event and I had to rush to get them hemmed in time.
Also, the dress shirt was extremely short (I'm 6'5) and I was told by the reps that TGS does not have dress shirts with longer sleeves.
Overall, it felt like I had to put a lot of time and effort into getting the right suit for the event, and the timing was cut a little too close for comfort.
