Much baggier than advertised.

I love the pants. So much I wanted to buy more and they sent me a coupon. Bad need is when I tried to apply the coupon it didn't recognize it. Wasn't able to solve the problem so I didn't buy any more. Looking forward to it getting solved.

Shipping way too expensive. Jeans too tight in thigh even relaxed version

Will never try to order from DUER again. The one star is for the help I received when I had to call the Vancouver store to regarding the issue of the wrong item was shipped to me! They arranged to have that corrected but the order was then shipped to the wrong address ! After giving up on getting any response from online customer service I called the Vancouver store directly and they arranged a refund. Your online service is frankly a mess! I love the jeans but will never order online again!
