I love the products that I have purchased, but am currently awaiting a response relative to an exchange. Two emails have been sent requesting information, etc.

I was happy with my purchases but unfortunately, due to the long shipping time I was not able to take the sundresses on my vacation. They arrived after I left even though i was assured they would arrive on time. Disappointed and not sure if I will keep the sundresses.

Ordered $500 in swimsuits, found a few that worked, and sent the ones that didn’t fit back within the return deadline. Because the company went under sometime in that period, my package was refused at the warehouse, and now I don’t have the swimsuits or my money back. So disappointed.

Have left messages for over a week now with customer service. No response. I know these are unusual times but if your website is still functioning, your customer service should as well.

CA POST SAYS THEY DELIVERED MY PACKAGE ON THE ONLINE TRACKING . Did not arrive at my door or mailbox . Now I have to deal with this
