Making it right
Bought 4 pairs of board shorts on Boxing Day and when my package came there was an issue with my order. Was not looking forward to having to fight to make it right. But the process was actually super easy. One email to the customer service department and they agreed to make it right, no fighting required. Would’ve been nice if they had gotten my order right the first time, but it was corrected a couple days later with minimal effort so that’s a win to me.
