I am pleased with the product. The delivery time was longer than I had hoped. More importantly, once the parcel reached Canada, there was no way to track it. Your tracking number ended with delivery into Canada. Had the parcel been lost, as I had feared, there was absolutely no way to track it. You can work with Canada Post to have an ongoing tracking number which remains valid until the item is delivered to your customer. Thanks.

Normally it is great, this time not good. Order placed Nov. 30, 2020....have not received it yet and cannot track it.
