Scratched my new glasses, inquired about what knockaround recommended for repair/replacement lenses. They went above and beyond

I had a screw come loose on a custom pair after 2 years and they sent me a free new pair. Then it happened again, and they were nice enough to send a new different pair.

I continue to be impressed with Knockaround from the product quality to customer service. My favorite styles are Mai Tais and Mount Evans but that's only because they fit my face. The colorful options and the custom options offer a way to venture outside your comfort zone and show some creativity. I'm so glad I found Knockaround. I change my glasses to fit my mood and love to do that. Keep up the excellent value and work.
