Pearls of Joy

They responded quickly to a couple of chat questions I had. I placed my online order and the pearl earrings arrived in a couple of days via FedEx.

My wife lost one of her pearl earrings and asked me to buy her a new pair. She is thrilled with her new Hanadama Akoya pearl studs.

Words cannot describe how beautiful these earrings are. I’d been eyeing them for a few months and finally decided to buy them. It was my first purchase from POJ. They hang just the right length for my taste and the pearls are perfectly matched. I held off writing my review because there was a slight flaw and I wanted to see how good the customer service would be in handling the issue. I give Nicole in customer service a 5 out of 5 also. Not only did she respond quickly to my email but she made the process easy and within a week, I had my earrings back. Thank you!

The pearl earrings I ordered are beautiful. I ordered the AAA version. I was disappointed in the box. I think I opened it upside down and a piece of the box lining was loose. When I opened the box I was looking at the inside of the lining. I am hoping my daughter does not have the same experience on Christmas day.
