Pearls of Joy

I was quite the Valentines Day hit with the opera length freshwater pearls. I’ll be back.

The pearl was a great size and very smooth and lustrous. It didn't match my tahitian earrings so I returned it. Otherwise, service was very good.

the earring were absolutely stunning. Luscious, large pearl with a glorious luster. The diamonds were super sparkly for small diamonds. I loved them. The pearl was not as dark as I wanted so I sent them back and asked for an exchange for a darker golden pearl. Instead of an exchange, my order was totally cancelled. I was surprised and disappointed but will not buy again from Pearls of Joy. Quality and Beauty - 5 star rating for the earrings. Shipping speed - 5 stars Packaging - 5 stars Service - 3 stars Lots of awesome communication but then the follow-up is sub-par. Exchange process - 0 stars
