not a great costumer service, never received my order while they claimed was shipped to me

I returned the shoes and u sent me another pair I want my money back

I sent the shoes back to Florida thru ups the tracking number said it was delivered I just want a new pair the shoes had not been worn but the stichining was defective thanks

service has been terrible. it took me 18 months to receive my order. unbelievable and unacceptable.

Ordered a shoe in a size 13, I received a 9, was told they never had shoe in my size, it must have been a system error. They sent me a link to a shoe completely unrelated and said they could ship immediately. Uhhh, no thanks, I’ve sent your shoe back, can I have a refund? Crickets.
