Earrings are tiny and one of the backs is bent

The the products in and nothing a few hours I found the neckless on the floor. Well it's because the clasp was broken. I had to spend another $15 for a new chain. Also the bearings came bent. I won't be shopping here again.

I press for a size 3 ring and i got a 2 it didn't fit her. When it came I noticed the paper said 2 so i went back on the website to reorder but every time i press 3 it comes up 2. There's something wrong with your site. Not happy, wont be ordering again. I will give this away so i wont have to deal with the return process
