Clean up your communication!

Still have not gotten my full order! You have a good mask, but your customer communication is terrible! I would not use your company again! If you are having fulfillment problems you need to be up front and communicate truthfully! Look when I first made my initial order for the masks and notice the time interval it took; the order is still not complete!

Still haven't got what I

Still haven't got what I ordered. I got one of my products, they charged me for all of the order and said all was in there. I had to contact them and they would send me, but now it's a month ago when I placed my order and I still haven't got the other products that I ordered. The only compensation I get for this is a bit of a discount if I buy MORE from the company. That does not help me now. I think I can find similar products in some other companies.

Did not fit and the response was to cut the belt.
