I ordered 2 mirror AKA clocks only received 1. I ordered chapter sticker not yet received. I ordered a yeti bottle cover my name was spelled wrong Soror LaRit instead of Soror LaRita. I don't understand how all the orders have the same tracking number yet I only received 1 mirror clock,1 Xmas ornament and 1 bottle holder with the wrong name on it. Yet I paid for the entire order plus shipping.

Unfortunately my daughter’s Greek sweatshirt arrived and one of the Greek letters was not properly applied. The sweatshirt is very thin and the Greek letters are press on quality. Notified company right away. I’ve now sent my 3rd communication and am getting the run around. My first communication had a picture, description, order number etc... all attached. I sent all of the info a second time to an email they asked that I forward info to. Their response was that I needed to send all of the info in writing and merchandise had to be received within 10 days. Hmmm...I’ve now sent all my info in writing 3 times. Also, they said my sweatshirt was a special order so it can’t be returned only replaced after jumping through all these hoops. Also, sweatshirt did not arrive before Christmas even though they said it would. I don’t hold that against them at the moment because of shipping issues due to COVID. I simply want to return this very poor quality press on sweatshirt.

Review!!! How about a damn zero!! I have been waiting on my order since 12/10, i have sent several inquiries and have yet to hear from anyone, horrible customer service.

I have not received either of my orders! One order was laced 7 December!

Your asking for a review for something I never received. I order it on December 6 th. Shows it shipped from IL. Order was going to someone in IL and for some reason it’s stuck in AZ. When I track it it says on the way, but never changes from AZ distribution center. My Christmas gift never arrived.
