Very nice and customizable which is amazing. Only reason it isn’t a 5 is bc one sweatshirt had a few lose strings on it but it was fine honestly. I wish when u customized items it would show what it would look like so u know what colors u want bc there is so many.

Good Morning: Your selection was good, and it was great to be able to order online gift cards. By working through the website, I was able to purchase a gift for my boss. My only difficulty was that I never received confirmation that the online gift card I ordered was sent to my boss. When I sent follow-up texts to your helpdesk, their responses did not answer my question. Thank you.

I have tried a couple of times to get an update/answer on my order. Order #949237. I only received one of the two items ordered back on 12/7/20. There is still no shipping update on this order.
