Snafu with the shipping, but Eric did a great job of making things right!

Eric went out of his way to order the size of my fedora hat that they did not have in stock. It came in with the next shipment from England quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased!

After placing my first order, Eric contacted me personally to provide the details of a small delay in shipment due to products being at an SCI show. I casually asked if there was a way to have the product personalized prior to shipment and my request was fulfilled without hesitation. It was received beautifully packaged and included a hand written card thanking me for the purchase. A true class act in a world where at any price, this kind of service is a lost commodity. I’ve since placed subsequent orders only to be equally as pleased. I love my Albion leather goods and the fact I purchased them from Hound and Hare!

In the leather fold behind the zipper it’s not lined up quite right but it’s ok. The boots are beautiful and fit pretty well.

Services was great other than the incorrect hat was originally sent. It happens but luckily they still had the one I ordered in stock and quickly sent it to me. They also sent a prepaid return label for the one that needed to be sent back.
