Brideside (Shopify store)

The consultants were helpful when I visited in-store with both of my bridesmaids separately, then helped with a third bridesmaid over the phone - who even had to re-order her dress because the size they sent was wrong, but still got good customer service.

Brideside, YOU AMAZED ME! I ordered my bridesmaid dress and it came right on the time that was promised me! AND I needed no alterations, THANK GOD lol! You are a legitimate and quality company!

I loved working with Brideside - they made the process super easy for me to choose colors and for my bridesmaids to choose their dresses. My one piece of feedback is that they were a little aggressive with texting the bridesmaids close to the order deadline, and I would have rather them used email more - but overall, great experience!
